To be honest, this fic was meant to straddle that line. What Jared's doing in it is fucked up and it's rape and he's still pretending that nothing's wrong, so yeah, definitely. I've very glad that you feel that way because that's very much how I meant it to be read! I was uncomfortable even writing it. Then again, though, I find his head (creepy!Jared's) an interesting and slightly addicting place to be in.
